摘要
目的研究优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的疗效及价值。方法采用随机数字表法将本院接收的脑血栓患者102例分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(优质护理),各51例。比较两组脑血栓患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、日常生活活动能力评分、住院时间、满意度。结果观察组脑血栓患者干预后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组(P <0.05);日常生活活动能力评分及满意度更高,住院时间更短(P <0.05)。结论对脑血栓患者实施优质护理的效果令人满意,有助于患者日常生活能力的提高和早日康复出院。
Objective To study the effect and value of high quality nursing in in nursing of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods 102 patients with cerebral thrombosis who were admitted to our hospital were divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(high quality nursing)according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.Anxiety score,depression score,activity of daily living score,hospital stay and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,anxiety score and depression score of patients with cerebral thrombosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Activity of daily living score and satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher and hospital stay was shorter,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis is satisfactory.It is helpful to improve the ability of daily living and discharge from hospital as soon as possible.
