摘要
以内蒙古赤峰市森林火险为研究对象,依据《全国森林火险区划等级》(LY/T 1063—2008),选取树种燃烧类别、人口密度、路网密度、防火期月平均降水量、气温、以及风速6项火险因子,运用数据分析方法和聚类分析法得出赤峰市各个旗县的森林火险等级并完成火灾危险性评估。结果表明:巴林右旗、克什克腾旗、喀喇沁旗、宁城县、敖汉旗和红山区各自拥有1个国家级自然保护区,火险等级提高1级为Ⅰ级;元宝山拥有1个国家级森林公园,其火险等级提升1级为Ⅱ级;其他地区为Ⅱ级。由聚类分析可知,将火险程度由高到低分为4类,红山区为危险等级Ⅰ级;阿鲁科尔沁旗为危险等级Ⅱ级;巴林左旗、元宝山、宁城县、喀喇沁旗、敖汉旗、林西县为危险等级Ⅲ级;而其他地区为危险等级Ⅳ级。研究结果可为林火预测预报和森林资源管理提供重要参考。
Taking Chifeng City of Inner Mongolia as the study area, according to the "Rank of the Regionalization on Nationwide Forest Fire Risk"(LY/T 1063-2008), 6 fire risk factors including tree species burning type, population density, road network density, monthly average precipitation during fire prevention period, temperature and wind speed were selected, and using data analysis method and cluster analysis method were used to obtain the forest fire danger rating and fire hazard assessment of each Banner and County in Chifeng. The results show that Bahrain Right Banner, Hexigten Banner, Harqin Banner, Ningcheng County, Aohan Banner and Hongshan District each have 1 national nature reserve, and 6 regions are upgraded 1 level to Grade Ⅰ. Yuanbaoshan has1 national forest park, and its fire danger rating is upgraded 1 level to Grade Ⅱ and other regions to Grade Ⅱ.Known by cluster analysis, the fire danger rating is divided into 4 categories from high to low, and Hongshan District is hazard class 1 level;Ar Horqin Banner is hazard class 2 level;Bahrain Left Banner, Yuanbaoshan,Ningcheng County, Harqin Banner, Aohan Banner, Linxi County are hazard class3 level;and other regions are hazard class 4 level. The research results can provide a practical reference for forest fire prediction and forest resource management.
