摘要
2016年政府工作报告中首次提出了"工匠精神",国家越来越重视对于工匠精神人才的培养。中国经济体的转型升级,产业结构的调整,对于高新技术和现代产业的技能型综合素质人才需求高,现代学徒制人才培养模式则顺应了该趋势。在思想政治教育视域下对现代学徒制学生工匠精神的培育现状、困境及对策进行研究,总结发现高职院校和企业两方应协同发展,学生招工和招生一体化发展,通过采取一系列措施来培育学生的工匠精神,提高学生的综合素质。
In 2016,the government's work report first mentioned the "craftsman spirit",and the State paid more and more attention to the cultivation of craftsmen.The transformation and upgrading of the Chinese economy and the adjustment of the industrial structure have a high demand for the high-tech and modern industry with a high skill type comprehensive quality talent,and the modern apprenticeship training mode conforms to the trend.In the view of ideological and political education,the present situation,difficulties and countermeasures of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the modern apprenticeship students are studied.It is found that the two parties in higher vocational colleges and enterprises should develop together,the students' recruitment and enrollment should be integrated,and a series of measures are adopted to cultivate the students'"craftsman spirit" and improve the comprehensive quality of the students.
