安徽省科技创新与新型城镇化耦合协调度发展研究 被引量:5

Study on the Development of Coupling Coordination between Scientific and Technological Innovation and New Urbanization in Anhui Province

摘要 基于2010-2017年期间安徽省16个地市科技创新与新型城镇化两系统面板数据,应用耦合协调度模型对两系统的耦合度、协调度测算分析,结合GIS分析安徽省科技创新与新型城镇化耦合协调度空间分布演化,并用Tobit回归模型探讨影响两系统协调发展的因素。研究结果表明:安徽省科技创新与新型城镇化两系统耦合协调度缓慢上升,由重度失调迈向勉强协调;大多数地市科技创新能力滞后于新型城镇化发展;经济发展水平、技术成果转化能力、外资利用水平促进两系统的协调发展,工业发展对其有阻碍作用。 Based on the panel data of the two systems of the scientific and the technological innovation and new urbanization in 16 cities of Anhui Province from 2010 to 2017, the coupling degree and coordination degree between the two systems are calculated and analyzed by using the coupling coordination degree model, and the spatial distribution evolution of the coupling coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation and new urbanization in Anhui Province is analyzed by combining GIS, and the factors influencing the coordinated development of the two systems are discussed by using Tobit regression model. The results show that the coupling degree between the technological innovation and the new urbanization in Anhui Province is slowly rising, from the severe imbalance to barely coordinated. The scientific and technological innovation ability of the most cities lags behind the development of new urbanization. The level of economic development, the ability to transform technological achievements, and the level of foreign capital utilization promote the coordinated development of the two systems and industrial development hinders them.
