摘要
针对高校学籍管理易出现的风险,应用内部控制理论,从师德师风、校园文化、管理队伍和信息化水平等方面加强学籍管理内部控制环境建设,探讨建立健全内部控制制度、建立不相容岗位分离机制、复核机制、授权机制等方面强化学籍管理内部控制活动,从而有效防控学籍管理风险。
Against the risk of the university student status management,the internal control theory is employed to strengthen the construction of student status management internal control environment from teachers' ethics,campus culture,management team and informationization degree,and to strengthen the internal control activities of student status management by establishing a sound internal control system,an incompatible job separation mechanism,check mechanism and authorization mechanism for an effective prevention and control of management risk.
