摘要
以GB/T 18885—2009《生态纺织品技术要求》标准中规定的9种可迁移金属元素铬Cr、钴Co、铜Cu、镍Ni、砷As、镉Cd、锑Sb、汞Hg、铅Pb为分析对象,采用氩气在线稀释技术消除高盐基本干扰,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定纺织品中可迁移金属元素的分析方法。试验结果表明,9种可迁移金属元素的线性相关系数均大于0.999 2;检出限为0.05~0.45μg/kg,回收率为91.0%~109.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)<4.5%。采用氩气在线稀释技术,有效减少了高盐基体效应,连续6h分析,各元素相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于<5.5%。该方法操作简单、快速、结果准确,可以满足大批量纺织品中可迁移金属元素的检测需求。
A new analysis method is developed for simultaneous determination of nine transferable metals Cr、Co、Cu、Ni、As、Cd、Sb、Hg、Pb in textiles based on the GB/T 18885-2009 "Technical Requirements for Eco Textiles" by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). In this paper, the method of argon on-line dilution technology is used to eliminate high salt basic interference. The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient of nine transferable metal elements are greater than 0.999 2,the detection limit is 0.05~0.45 μg/kg, and the recovery rate is from 91.0% to 109.6%,relative standard deviation(RSD, n=7)<4.5%. Argon on-line dilution technology is used to reduce the matrix effect of high salinity effectively. The relative standard deviation of each element is less than 5.5% after 6 hours of continuous analysis. This method is simple, fast and accurate. It can meet the testing requirements of the transferable metal elements in large quantities of textiles.
