摘要
目的探究快速康复外科护理应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜下全膀胱根治术中对术后康复及并发症的影响。方法选取2015年10月-2016年12月南京大学附属鼓楼医院收治的行常规护理干预的机器人辅助腹腔镜下全膀胱根治术患者60例作为对照组,另选取2017年1月-2018年2月我院收治的行快速康复外科护理的机器人辅助腹腔镜下全膀胱根治术患者60例作为观察组。对比2组术后康复情况、并发症发生率及护理前后生活质量变化。结果观察组首次排气时间、正常进食时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o术后护理1周后,观察组的生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论快速康复外科护理应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜下全膀胱根治术患者可有效促进其术后康复,减少并发症,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effects of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation and complications of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy from October 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital received routine nursing and were selected as a control group. Meanwhile, another 60 patients undergoing robotic—assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy from January 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing and set as an observation group. Then, both groups were compared for the postoperative recovery, incidence of complications, and quality of life before and after nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group presented remarkable decreases in the first anal exhaust time, normal eating time, first defecation time, ambulation time and average hospitalization stay as well as a reduced rate of complications (P<0.05 ). The observation group also presented markedly lower physiological function, emotional function, vitality, somatic pain, general health, mental health, and social function scores one week after nursing than the control group (P<0.05 ). Conclusions Rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing can effectively facilitate the rehabilitation after robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy, reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
