摘要
“四型机场”是基于新一代数字化信息技术,对机场从规划设计到生产运行的全流程进行优化,实现以平安、绿色、智慧、人文为核心目标的机场新阶段。然而,现有研究工作仅聚焦于上述四个目标中单一目标的讨论及实现,并未统筹考虑四个内涵交叉对机场建设的影响,进而不能全面提升机场运行效率和旅客服务质量。为此,本文开展“四型机场”协同一体化建设探讨研究,旨在研究“四型机场”协同一体化的建设理念和建设新模式,其核心思想是:阐述建设过程中所涉及到的统一规范、技术标准、数据共享等,促进设施、运输服务、技术标准、信息平台等的协同一体化。
The idea of four-type airport aims at employing new information technology to optimize airport operation process, and then help airports achieve four goals, such as peace, green, intelligent and humanity. However, the existing research work only focuses on the discussion and realization of one of the above four goals, which limits the efficiency of airport operation and the quality of passenger service. To tackle the above issue, this paper discusses the cooperative integration construction of fourtype airport. Its key idea to investigate the cooperative model, including technical standards, data sharing.
