摘要
目的:探讨用奥拉西坦注射液联合丹红对老年脑梗死患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择临沂市中医医院在2014年6月至2017年5月期间收治的60例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象。将其中单用丹红注射液进行治疗的30例患者设为对照组,将其中用奥拉西坦注射液联合丹红注射液进行治疗的30例患者设为观察组。用药2周后,对比两组患者的临床疗效及神经功能缺损的程度。结果:用药2周后观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,其NIHSS的评分低于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:用奥拉西坦注射液联合丹红注射液对老年脑梗死患者进行治疗的效果确切,可改善其神经功能缺损的程度。
objective:to investigate the clinical effect of oracitan injection combined with danhong in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to linyi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects.30 patients treated with danhong injection alone were set as the control group,and 30 patients treated with oracitan injection combined with danhong injection were set as the observation group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the degree of neurological impairment were compared between the two groups.Results:after 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and its NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:olacitan injection combined with danhong injection is effective in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction patients,and can improve the degree of nerve function defect.
