可回收钢结构基坑护坡桩设计及应用研究

摘要 护坡桩是基坑工程中常见的支护方式,基坑肥槽回填后,护坡桩失去其作用,造成钢筋、混凝土等材料的浪费。因此研究一种在基坑肥槽回填后,可重复使用的护坡桩具有极高社会效益和经济效益。本文针对可回收钢结构基坑护坡桩,介绍了设计方面的研究工作,包括构件组成、回收措施以及设计验算,进而明确了适用范围。另外重点阐述了可回收钢结构基坑护坡桩在某项目的应用。实践表明:(1)可回收钢结构基坑护坡桩,其变形性能满足规范相关规定,力学性能良好、安全可靠、可有效限制桩后土体作用;(2)通过锥形设计,配合采用黄油+塑料布作为隔离剂的方案,拔桩压力小、无噪声,为最优方案,回收工艺简单可行,可以实现回收再利用;(3)经过测算,可回收钢结构基坑护坡桩使用3次以上可收回购置钢结构成本,多次使用经济效果显著。 Slope protection pile is a common supporting method in foundation pit engineering. After backfilling the space between the outer wall and the edge of the foundation pit, the slope protection pile loses its function, resulting in waste of steel, concrete and other materials. Therefore, it is of great social and economic benefits to study a kind of reusable slope protection pile after backfilling the the space between the outer wall and the edge of the foundation pit. Aiming at the recyclable steel structure foundation pit retaining pile, in this paper, the author first introduced the research work of design, including component composition, recycling measures and design checking calculation, and then defined the scope of application. In addition, the application of recyclable steel structure foundation pit retaining pile in a project was emphasized. Practice shows that :(1) the deformation performance of the recyclable steel structure foundation pit retaining pile meets the relevant regulations, and its mechanical properties are good, safe and reliable, which can effectively limit the effect of the soil behind the pile.(2) Through conical design, combined with the scheme of butter and plastic cloth as isolating agent, the pile pulling pressure is low, and there is no noise. It is the best scheme. The recycling process is simple and feasible, and recycling can be realized.(3) After calculation, the cost of purchasing steel structure can be recovered by using the retaining pile of steel structure foundation pit more than three times, the economic effect of multiple use is remarkable.
