摘要
目的:评价配伍祛湿药物治疗流行性感冒的疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CENTRAL、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普期刊数据库、万方数据库和中国知网,查找公开发表的有关中药治疗流行性感冒的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2016年5月,文献文种限中文和英文。由2位评价者根据纳入排除标准独立筛选文献,提取资料并交叉核对后进行方法学质量评价,而后运用RevMen5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入20个随机对照试验。结果:祛湿中药组临床有效率优于西药及不含祛湿药物的中成药组[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.15,1.24)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。祛湿中药组24 h完全退热率优于西药及不含祛湿药物的中成药组[RR=1.56,95%CI(1.21,2.01)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。祛湿中药组不良反应发生率低于西药组[OR=0.09,95%CI(0.04,0.22)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:配伍祛湿功效中药治疗流行性感冒具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To review the curative effects and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine With clearing Damp treatment of influenza.Methods:By using computer retrieval PubMed,Embase,CENTRAL,Chinese Biomedical Literature database(CBM),WeiPu Journal database(VIP),WanFang Data and China HowNet(CNKI),the published and unpublished randomized controlled trial(RCT) about TCM treatment of influenza was to be found.Retrieval time limit was October,2015.The language limit was both in English and Chinese.Researchers according to include and exclusion criteria to selecting the literature,and evaluated the methodological quality after extracted data and cross checked,then used RevMen5.3 software for Meta-analysis.Results:There were 20 RCT enclosed.The results showed that:①The clinical total effective rate in treatment group was better than western medicine treatment groups and TCM with no clearing damp efficacy groups [RR=1.19,95%CI(1.15,1.24)],The difference is statistically significant.②The completely antifebrile patients in 24 hours in TCM with Clearing damp efficacy groups was better than western medicine treatment group and TCM with no clearing damp efficacy groups [RR=1.56,95%CI(1.21,2.01)],the difference is statistically significant.③ TCM with Clearing damp efficacy groups lower incidence of adverse reactions than western medicine group [OR=0.09,95%CI(0.04,0.22)],the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:TCM clearing Damp treatment of influenza is more effective than other medicine.
