摘要
平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论有形观认为有形分为可视之有形和不可视之有形,可视之有形是有形之体的根本存在,不可视之有形是有形之体的外在表现。脏腑、筋骨皆属于可视之有形,功能、力线属于不可视之有形。无形分为可视之无形和不可视之无形,无形是世界万物的本原。不可视之无形为阴阳、精气、神之属,而功能之脏腑、经络传导通道、寒热虚实皆属可视之无形。平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论认为有形之筋骨的空间结构位置异常与无形之机体功能状态异常导致筋滞骨错,进而使筋骨本身及其相关组织结构发生病理改变,导致筋骨局部或(和)全身生理功能发生异常。在筋骨病的诊断方面,平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论既重视有形之筋骨的空间解剖结构异常,又注重无形之机体的功能状态异常,如体征、力线、功能;既检查有形之筋骨病变,又观察全身气血阴阳、脏腑经络的变化,并结合舌脉征。在筋骨病的治疗方面,平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论既重视调整有形之组织结构,又强调恢复无形之功能;由调无形入手(调脉、调经络),改变有形之证;由调有形入手(正骨调结构、针刀等松解调结构组织异常),改变无形之证。在筋骨病康复方面,平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论强调未病先防,既病防变,治后防复,以恢复机体有形与无形的动态平衡状态。
The theory of Pingle orthopedics is that the tangible existence can be classified into visible one and invisible one.The visible shape is the fundamental existence of the tangible body,while the invisible tangible is the outer performance of the tangible body.Viscera and bones are the former while functions and lines of force are the latter.Intangible existence can be classified into visible intangible and invisible intangible,with the former being the origin of all things in the world while the latter being things like Yin and Yang,Essence,Spirit and the function of the organs,meridian conduction channels as well as Cold,Heat,Deficiency and Excessiveness."Abnormal Tendon and Bone" Theory of Pingle bonesetting believes that the abnormal position of the spatial structure of the tangible bones and the abnormal function state of the invisible body cause the skeletal errors,which in turn causes pathological changes in the bones themselves and their related tissue structures,resulting in abnormalities in systemic physiological functions.In the diagnosis of musculoskeletal diseases,Pingle′s theory of "Abnormal Tendon and Bone" not only pays attention to the abnormal anatomical structure of the tangible bones,but also pays attention to the abnormal state of the functional state of the invisible body,such as physical signs,force lines and functions;Musculoskeletal lesions,and observe changes in the body′s Qi and Yang,visceral meridians,and combined with tongue signs.In the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases,Pingle′s theory of "Abnormal Tendon and Bone" emphasizes not only the adjustment of the tangible organizational structure but also the restoration of the intangible function.The adjustment includes changing the invisible(regulating the pulse,adjusting the meridian) and changing the tangible evidences,adjusting the shape of the hand(normal bone structure,needle knife and other loose demodulation structure abnormalities) and changing the intangible evidence.In the aspect of rehabilitation of tendons and bones,P
