摘要
将沙柳加工粉碎后与白乳胶和水混合,通过MN压力成型机制备沙柳纤维板吸声材料。采用驻波管传递函数法,研究纤维含水率、纤维细度、板材密度和厚度与沙柳纤维板吸声降噪性能的关系。结果表明,含水率降低,沙柳纤维越细,材料密度增大,材料的吸声系数与降噪系数增大,吸声降噪效果变好;随着厚度增加,吸声系数与降噪系数在低频段增大,在中频段差距减小。沙柳纤维板的平均吸声系数最佳可达到0.54。
After processing and crushing the salix was mixed with white latex and water,the salix fiberboard was prepared by MN pressure forming machine.The relations between the sound absorption and noise reduction performances of salix fiber material and the moisture content(MC),fiber fineness,fiberboard density and thickness were investigated by using impedance tube method.The results showed that when MC was low,salix fiber was fine and the density of material increased,the sound absorption and noise reduction effect of material were better.As the thickness of tested materials increased the sound absorption and noise reduction coefficient also raised correspondingly within the low-frequency,and the gap reduced within the intermediate frequency.The average sound absorption coefficient ofsalix fiber can reach 0.54.
