摘要
以造纸黑液碱木质素为研究对象,研究了其在铁粒子催化下高温热转化产物,分析了不同热处理温度对其产物的影响。结果表明,经过纯化和预碳化的碱木质素,在1000℃热处理条件下形成了碳包裹铁粒子。随着温度升高,铁粒子表面碳膜产生波浪状起伏,当温度达到1200℃,形成了薄纱状石墨烯产物,片层厚度约4nm,层数为4~8层。热处理温度的升高有助于提高样品的石墨化程度。在真空氛围下,经过1200℃热处理,样品中以碳纳米管为主要产物。在铁粒子存在下,碱木质素可通过高温热处理制备石墨烯等纳米材料,进一步促进了碱木质素的高值化利用。
The alkali lignin of paper-making black liquor was taken as the research object.Thermal transformation product was studied under the catalysis of iron particles.The influence of different thermal treatment temperatures on the products were analyzed by experiments.The results showed that after purification and precarbonization,alkali lignin formed carbon shells encapsulated iron particles when the thermal treatment temperature was 1000℃.The iron particles surface carbon film showed waviness with the increase in temperature.When the temperature reached 1200℃,gauze-like graphene products were formed,the thickness of approximately 4 nm with 4~8 layers.The increase of annealing temperature was help to improve the degree of graphitization.It was found that carbon nanotubes were the main product in vacuum atmosphere after thermal treatment at 1200℃.In the presence of iron particles,alkali lignin can be prepared into graphene nanomaterials.The accomplishment above accelerated the highvalue utilization of alkali lignin.
