波纹钢-混凝土组合结构在桥梁加固改造中的应用研究 被引量:16

摘要 以某四跨简支板桥实际工程的加固改造方案为依托,对加固桥梁进行合理简化,建立了有限元分析模型。经过计算得到桥梁在加固后各关键截面的变形、内力和应力,将加固后桥梁在荷载作用下的反应与现行规范进行对比分析。结果表明:加固桥梁的最大挠度为规范限值的3.18%,混凝土拱最大压应力为规范限值的7.61%,最大拉应力为规范限值的42.45%,钢材的最大应力为规范限值的18.77%;加固后,在车辆荷载作用下旧桥的最大弯矩降低81.19%,最大剪力降低60.99%。因此,将波纹钢-混凝土组合结构用于旧桥加固改造中,施工简便,能够有效提高桥梁的刚度和承载能力。 Relying on the reinforcement and reconstruction plan of a four-span simply supported slab bridge,the bridges that need to be reinforced are reasonably simplified and then a finite element model is established by ABAQUS.After the calculation,the deformation and stress of each key section of the bridge after reinforcement are obtained,and the response of the bridge after the reinforcement is compared with the current specifications.The results show that:the maximum deflection of the bridge after reinforcement is 3.18%of the size specified in the design specification,the maximum compressive stress of the concrete arch is 7.61%of the design value,the maximum tensile stress of concrete arch is 42.45%of the design value,and the maximum stress of the steel is 18.77%of the design value;after reinforcement,the maximum bending moment of the old bridge is reduced by 81.19%and the maximum shearing force is reduced by 60.99%.The using of corrugated CSP(corrugated steel plate)and concrete composite structure in the reinforcement of the old bridge will significantly improve the rigidity and load carrying capacity of the bridge,and simplify the construction process of the old bridge reinforcement.
