摘要
设计了一种特定限位U型软钢阻尼器,并以该阻尼器为单元设计了一种耗能装置,可在消能支撑、消能连接中使用,弥补了以往研究中缺少对U型软钢阻尼器屈曲失稳的解决办法,更加贴近于工程实际。首先对该阻尼器的结构进行了设计,然后应用有限元软件ANSYS对不同厚度和不同宽度的U型软钢阻尼器进行数值模拟,得到了各工况下该阻尼器的恢复力-位移滞回曲线。结果表明:本阻尼器力学性能良好,耗能强;其屈服前刚度随U型软钢板的厚度和宽度的增加而增大。经分析得出最大恢复力与位移荷载幅值的关系公式,且U型软钢板的厚较宽对阻尼器的出力影响更加明显。根据最大恢复力随U型软钢板的厚度及宽度变化的趋势,得到阻尼器力学模型计算公式,经验证,其效果良好。因此,在各类工程抗震结构中可依此计算公式选择相应尺寸的该阻尼器。
A special constrained U-shaped soft steel damper is designed in this paper, and a kind of energy dissipation device is designed by taking the damper as a unit, which can be used in energy dissipation support and energy dissipation connection. It makes up for that lack of solution to the buckling instability of the U-shape soft steel damper in the previous research and is more suitable for engineering practice. First, the structure of the damper is designed, then U-shape soft steel dampers with different thickness and different widths are numerically simulated by using the finite element software ANSYS. The hysteretic curves of the damper under various working conditions are obtained which show that the damper has good mechanical properties, strong energy consumption, the pre-yield stiffness increases with the increase of thickness and width of U-shaped soft steel plate. Through analysis, the relational formula between the maximum restoring force and the load amplitude of displacement is obtained, and the thickness of U-shaped soft steel plate has more obvious influence on the output of damper than the width. According to the trend that the maximum restoring force changes with the thickness and width of the U-shaped soft steel plate, the calculation formula which is proved to be effective of the damper mechanical model is obtained. Therefore, the corresponding size of the damper can be selected by this formula invarious engineering seismic structures.
