摘要
为了解决高职院校二级教学单位对专任教师教学、科研、实践等活动的全方位的考核和评价,将KPI管理理念和管理方法引入到对专任教师的全面教学考核管理工作中,构建一套比较完整的、全面的教学考核评价体系,即采用"鱼骨图"分析法分解提炼出教学考核评价中的KPI一级指标,即基本能力、教学能力、实践能力、教科研能力及岗位能力等5个一级指标,围绕这5个一级指标,再逐项分解、提炼、细化下级指标,实现教学考核的全方位量化管理。
In order to solve the comprehensive assessment and evaluation for teaching,scientific research and practice of full-time teachers in second-level teaching units of higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to introduce the KPI management concept and management method into the management work for comprehensive teaching assessment for the full-time teachers,and construct a set of relatively complete and comprehensive teaching evaluation system.That is to use the method of"fishbone diagram"decomposition to extract the KPI first-class indicators in the evaluation of teaching,namely,basic ability,teaching ability,practice ability,teaching and research ability as well as post ability,and then,around the five first-level indicators,to break down,extract and refine the indicator at a lower level,so as to realize the comprehensive quantitative management of teaching assessment.
