流感病毒对神经氨酸酶抑制剂耐药性的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 流感病毒是流行性感冒的病原体,该类病毒传播速度快、感染性强,对公共卫生造成重大威胁。目前,一线抗流感病毒药物神经氨酸酶抑制剂已在临床上广泛使用,相应的耐药株逐渐出现,为流感的防治带来困难。本文对流感病毒结构特点、耐药分子机制、耐药株流行现状和耐药性检测方法作了综述,旨在为今后的流感病毒耐药性研究和临床用药提供参考。 Influenza virus, the causative agent of influenza, has characteristics of fast transmission and strong infectivity, posing a major threat to public health. Currently, with widely use of the first-line antiviral neuraminidase inhibitors, drug-resistant strains have appeared and brought difficulties to the precaution and treatment of influenza. This article reviews influenza virus structural characteristics, drugresistance mechanisms, resistance situation and detection methods of drug-resistant virus strains, aiming to provide a reference for future research on influenza virus drug-resistance and clinical medication.
