摘要
PTFE分散乳液的浓缩,行业上主要采用浊点法热浓缩,即在PTFE分散乳液中加入适量的表面活性剂,加热至表面活性剂浊点温度以上,乳液在重力作用下呈现相分离从而达到浓缩的目的。浊点法热浓缩需要消耗质量分数为5%~8%的表面活性剂并消耗大量的热能,在上层清液中含有大量的表面活性剂,对环境污染较大。由于浊点法热浓缩存在诸多不足,故研究了PTFE分散乳液的真空浓缩方法,即在PTFE分散乳液中加入质量分数为0. 5%~2. 5%的表面活性剂,利用抽真空系统、冷凝系统去除PTFE分散乳液中的水分,达到浓缩的目的。
A method for concentrating an aqueous polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)dispersion in industry was heated concentrating by adding 5%~8% nonionic surfactant.The mixture heated above the cloud point of surfactant,which causes it to separate into upper and lower phase.The upper phase contains a significant portion of surfactant,leading to a larger amount waste of raw materials and making environmentally acceptable disposal of this phase expensive.Besides there also exist a large heat energy consumption and long-time process steps.This article is amid to discover a new method of concentrating which substantially overcomes the disadvantages disclosed above.In this study,the higher weigh of PTFE dispersion is obtained using a vacuum with 0.5%~2.5% nonionic surfactant before concentrating.
