摘要
档案管理人员是信息生态中的重要组成部分,也是实现高校档案管理信息化的重要影响因素,只有大力提升档案管理人员的工作能力和服务能力,才能让高校档案工作能够跟上信息化的脚步。本文引入信息生态理论,结合高校数字档案馆信息生态系统的构建,探讨如何进一步提升高校档案管理人员素养水平,对高校档案工作实现"互联网+档案"的战略目标有重要意义。
Archives management is not only an important part of the information ecosystem, but also one of the most important factors in the records informationization of records at higher-leaning institutions. Only by vigorously strengthening the working and service capabilities of archivists, can university archives work keep up with the pace of informationization . This paper introduces the theory of information ecology, and discusses how to improve the quality of archives management personnel in colleges and universities. The discussion is of great significance for university archives work to achieve the strategic goal of "Internet + archives".
