摘要
目的:厘清"保宁半夏颗粒"的创制源流,明确组成涵义,为今后优化工艺,阐明组方科学内涵提供参考。方法:采用文献梳理,分析该方的创制历史、组方原则等。结果:原"保宁半夏曲"是在宋代《和剂局方》二陈汤及《杨氏家藏方》"五香半夏丸"基础上加减而成。保宁半夏颗粒系由清代"保宁半夏曲"的改剂方,距今已有百余年历史;该方适宜于痰湿阻肺之咳嗽痰多,气喘胸闷等,临床观察有效,为治疗痰咳的要药,并获发明专利2项。方中君药半夏使用的是川产道地药材,其炮制品系缪氏家传尊古炮制的"曲半夏",独具特色。
Objective:To clarify the creation history and formula discipline of Baoning Banxia Granule for the further process optimization. Method:Literature review was used to analyze the history and creation history and formula discipline of Baoning Banxia Granule. Result:Baoning Banxia Granule was derived from Er Chen Decoction in the monograph He Ji Ju Fang and Wuxiang Banxia Pill in the monograph Yang Shi Jia Cang Fang. The origin name of this formula was Baoning Banxia Qu which was created over hundred years. This formula is suitable for the syndrome of phlegm-damp stagnating lung with cough, phlegm, asthma and chest tightness. It is widely used in clinic and obtained 2 national invention patents. Pinellia ternate(Thunb.) Breit(Banxia in Chinese), the monarch drug in this prescription, is the famous-region drug of Sichuan. Moreover, Qu Banxia, from the unique technology of Family Miu, is the processed production of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit and gets its specific effect in cough and phlegm.
