摘要
目的:研究三黄泻心汤对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。方法:高糖高脂饲料+链脲佐菌素复制糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、二甲双胍组及三黄泻心汤组,连续8周灌胃给药,每周测量体重、进食量和饮水量,每两周测量空腹血糖,每四周测定大鼠口服葡萄糖耐量。结果:8周治疗结束后三黄泻心汤组可显著降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖(P<0.05),减轻糖尿病大鼠体重,其效果与阳性药盐酸二甲双胍效果相当。结论:高糖高脂饲料+链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型成功,三黄泻心汤对该糖尿病模型大鼠有显著的降血糖作用。
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of Sanhuang Xiexin decoction on type Ⅱ diabetic rats. Method: The diabetic rat model was established by giving high-sugar and high-lipid food and streptozotocin. The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, metformin group and Sanhuang Xiexin decoction group. The rats were continuous administered for 8 weeks, and the body weight, food intake and water intake were measured every week. The fasting blood glucose was measured every two weeks, and the rat oral glucose tolerance was detected every four weeks. Result: After treatment of 8 weeks, Sanhuang Xiexin decoction can significantly reduce the blood glucose of diabetic rats(P <0.05) and decrease the weight of diabetic rats. The hypoglycemic effect was equivalent to metformin hydrochloride. Conclusion: The rat model of diabetes mellitus induced by high glucose and high fat food and streptozotocin is successful. Sanhuang Xiexin decoction has significant hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats.
