岭南名医治疗脾虚证方药的数据研究 被引量:6

Research on Prescriptions for Spleen Deficiency Syndrome by Lingnan Distinguished Doctors Based on Data Mining

摘要 目的运用中医传承辅助平台,分析和总结中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方及维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)中岭南名中医治疗脾虚证方药的组方用药规律。方法筛选CNKI、万方及VIP中岭南名医治疗脾虚证的文献,利用中医传承辅助平台的数据挖掘功能,分析并总结岭南名医治疗脾虚证的组方用药特点。结果筛选出符合标准的治疗脾虚证的方剂184首,涉及中药282味,出现频次≥15的药物共有29味;进而演化出2~4味药的核心组合57个,形成新处方12个。结论通过对岭南名中医治疗脾虚证的方剂进行数据分析,得出健脾化湿法为岭南脾虚证治疗的基本原则,为临床治疗脾虚证提供依据。 Objective To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) prescriptions collected in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP based on TCM Inheritance Support for treating spleen deficiency syndrome by Lingnan distinguished doctors.Methods CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched to screen out literatures about TCM prescriptions for treating spleen deficiency syndrome. Then,TCM Inheritance Support System was used to mine the data information and analyze the feature of these prescriptions. Results Totally,184 prescriptions for spleen deficiency syndrome and 282 herbs were obtained containing 29 herbs with the frequency≥15. Then,57 core combinations with 2 ~ 4 herbs and 12 new prescriptions were formed. Conclusion-According to the analysis of spleen deficiency syndrome by Lingnan distinguished doctors by TCM inheritance system,it indicates that the treatment principle of spleen deficiency syndrome should be based on invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness,which provides evidences for treating spleen deficiency syndrome in clinical practice.
