摘要
建立动态液压油模型,计及混入气泡对油液属性的影响。基于供料机机电液耦合动力学模型,仿真分析了液压油中混入不同体积分数气泡后供料机工作过程中液压油属性的动态变化及其对供料机动力学性能的影响。
Dynamic hydraulic oil model was built, the influences of air bubbles in oil to the oil parameters were considered. Based on the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic dynamic simulation model of feeding device, simulation analysis of oil parameters ' dynamic variation for the air bubbles in oil in the feeding processes and its effects to the dynamic performances of feeding device were carried out.
