TE波在光子晶体中非互易性传播特性研究

摘要 本文研究了TE模式激发下的电磁波在非对称一维光子晶体中的非互易性传播特性。利用传输矩阵法,获得了TE模式电磁波的透射和反射系数,在此基础上数值模拟TE模式电磁波在非对称一维光子晶体中的透射系数。结果表明:在其光子禁带中出现了两个非互易性的透射峰;在结构中非互易性传播的电磁频率随入射波角度的增大而出现蓝移,同时频率间距增大,互异性增强;此外,在结构中回旋介质的回旋磁导率是结构非互易性的基本决定因数之一,随着回旋磁导率的减小,非互易性频率出现红移,同时非互易性频率间距减小,非互易性减弱。 The propagation characteristics of the electromagnetic wave excited by TE mode are studied in the one-dimensional compound photonic crystals.Based on the transfer matrix method,the transmission and reflection coefficients of the electromagnetic wave of TE mode are obtained,and the transmission properties of the electromagnetic wave in the asymmetric one-dimensional photonic crystal of TE mode are simulated numerically.The results show that there are two nonreciprocal transmission peaks in the photonic band.With the increasing of incident angle,the nonreciprocal transmission peaks are blue shift,and the nonreciprocal properties are enhance by the increasing of the space of nonreciprocal frequencies.In addition,the gyromagnetic permeability of the gyromagnetic medium is main factor to determine the nonreciprocity in the compound photonic crystals.With the reduction of gyromagnetic permeability,the nonreciprocal frequencies appears redshift,and nonreciprocal properties decrease by the decrease of the space of nonreciprocal frequencies.
