摘要
盐湖富集钾、钠、镁、锂等多种矿物元素,如何将它们进行有效区分以满足不同的市场需求是生产过程的重要任务。基于此目的,本文研制的基于色度分析的自动滴定仪系统可用来测定样品中各种元素的浓度,采用行业标准的容量法滴定方法,通过自研的非接触透射式色度传感器、专有的图形图像处理算法、高精度液相滴定系统以及复杂的数据处理方式,解决了传统离子浓度检测中操作复杂度高、检测精度低、检测周期长等问题,得到的检测精度相比传统方法提高了51%,检测周期缩短一半。
Salt lake is rich in potassium,sodium,magnesium,lithium and other mineral elements,and how to effectively distinguish them to meet different needs is an important task in the beneficiation process. Based on the this,the chroma analysis-based automatic titrator system developed in this paper can be used to measure the concentration of various elements in the sample,utilized industry-standard volumetric titration method and self-developed non-contact transmissive color sensor,proprietary image processing algorithm,high-precision liquid phase titration system,and sophisticated data processing method. The detection accuracy obtained is increased by 51% compared with the conventional method,and the detection period is shortened by half.
