摘要
针对含油污水的乳化特性,利用自主设计的新型电絮凝装置开展净化实验研究。室内实验测试结果表明,随着电流密度的增大和处理流量的减小,除油率和除浊率升高,当电流密度为95.24A/m^2,处理流量为20L/h时,装置处理效果最佳。现场实验测试结果表明,随着电流密度的增大,除油率有升高的趋势,浊度和固体悬浮物的去除率逐渐降低;随着处理流量的增大,除油率和固体悬浮物的去除率逐渐减小;当电流密度为47.62A/m^2,处理流量为10L/h时,处理效果最佳,除油率达88%,浊度去除率为77%,固体悬浮物去除率为81%,能量消耗为1.73kW·h/m^3,铝极板消耗为1.55g/g。最后,对室内外实验结果进行了对比分析,提出了装置的改进方案。
Considering the emulsification characteristics of the oily sewage,we designed a novel electrocoagulation(EC)device to carry out purification experiments.Firstly,the indoor experimental tests were carried out,and it was found that the removal efficiency for oil and turbidity improved with the increase of current density and the decrease of flow rate.When the current density and the flow rate were 95.24 A/m^2 and 20 L/h,respectively,the best treatment effect was achieved.Then,on-site experimental tests were carried out and the results showed that with the increase of current density,the oil removal rate was raised while the removal rate for turbidity and suspended solids gradually decreased. The optimal operating conditions determined were as follows:the current density was 47.62 A/m^2 and the flow rate was 10 L/h.At this time,the treatment effect was the best with the removal rate for oil,turbidity and solid suspension were 88%,77%,81%,respectively.What’s more,the material and energy consumption were 1.55 g/g and 1.73 kW·h/m^3.Finally,the results of indoor and outdoor experiments were compared and analyzed,and the improvement scheme of the device was proposed.
