摘要
通过使用SEM、膜厚仪等分析测试手段,对72A冷拉碳素钢弹簧的不同镀层的外观形貌、镀层厚度进行观察和分析,确认镀镍弹簧耐腐蚀性差的原因是弹簧钢丝的表面质量差及镀层薄共同作用造成,通过变更镀层材质或者更换为SUS304不锈钢材质解决了弹簧耐腐蚀性差的问题。
The appearance and coating thickness of different coatings of 72A cold-drawnnon-alloy steel springs were observed and analyzed by SEM, film thickness gauge and other analytical testing methods. It was confirmed that poor corrosion resistance of the nickel-coated springs was due to the poor surface quality and the thin coatings. The problem of poor corrosion resistance of 72A cold-drawn non-alloy steel springs was solved by changing the coatings material or replacing it with SUS304 stainless steel.
