摘要
同光年间的甘捐办理是左宗棠筹办西北军务粮饷的重要内容之一,尤其是在陕甘用兵时期,它是仅次于各省协饷的筹饷举措。通过对甘捐办理情形进行系统梳理,探明甘捐办理时间、组织机构设立和筹饷情况,并结合对西征军饷来源的分析,进而探讨同光年间甘捐办理在西北军饷筹办中的地位。
Gansu donation management was one of the important contents of Zuo Zongtang’s raising soldiers' pay and provisions in northwest China during Tongzhi and Guangxu period. Especially in Shaanxi and Gansu military affairs, it was an important donation raising measure only second to provincial fund raising. The paper systematically combs the situation of Gansu donation management and finds out the time, organization establishment and fund raising situation. Through the analysis of the sources of pay for West March army, the paper explores the position of the Gansu donation management in raising the pay and provisions for the army.
