摘要
目的分析对全喉切除患者及家属同期实施护理干预的影响。方法针对我院收治的实施全喉切除的喉癌患者50例进行护理观察,随机分成两组后给予常规组25例全喉切除患者实施常规护理,给予观察组25例全喉切除患者及家属实施同期护理干预,对比两组全喉切除患者的护理效果。结果观察组全喉切除患者及家属护理后的生活质量高于常规组全喉切除患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对全喉切除患者及家属实施同期护理干预的应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effects of nursing intervention on patients with total laryngectomy and their families.Methods 50 patients with laryngeal cancer who underwent total laryngectomy were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups and given routine care in 25 patients with total laryngectomy.25 patients with total laryngectomy and their families were given to the observation group.Results The quality of life of the patients in the observation group after total laryngectomy and their families were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of concurrent nursing intervention for patients with total laryngectomy and their families is effective.
