摘要
目的观察分析血常规检验对糖尿病肾病早期鉴别诊断效果的影响。方法收集某院早期糖尿病肾病和非糖尿病肾病患者各40例,分为两组,以及同期体检者40例设为对照组。统计分析3组血液标本各项指标数据。结果早期糖尿病肾病患者红细胞比容、红细胞、血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积和血红蛋白浓度等各项指标均低于非糖尿病肾病患者及对照组,经检验各项指标比较差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血常规检查可反映血细胞变化情况,为糖尿病肾病早期鉴别诊断提供可靠依据,保证诊断准确率。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of routine blood test on early differential diagnosis and accuracy of diabetic nephropathy.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with early diabetic nephropathy and 40 patients with non-diabetic nephropathy in a hospital were collected and divided into two groups,and 40 patients with physical examination in the same period were set as the control group.Statistical analysis of blood samples of three groups of indicators data was carned out.Results The specific volume of erythrocyte,erythrocyte,hemoglobin,mean volume of erythrocyte and concentration of hemoglobin in patients with early diabetic nephropathy were lower than those in patients with non-diabetic nephropathy and the control group,and there were significant statistical differences among the indexes tested(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine examination can provide evidence for early differential diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,ensure the accuracy of diagnosis.
