摘要
为了探讨设施栽培中高温条件下葡萄导水率日变化趋势及其与生理生化指标的相关性,在塑料大棚中,选择3个高温日,分别测定棚内的温湿度、叶片导水率、含水量及叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量,用相关性分析法分析各指标间的相关性。结果表明:自然条件下的高温(>40℃)和低湿(<25%)会导致葡萄叶片的导水率、含水量显著下降,但是对叶片叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量的影响不明显;导水率与环境及其它生理生化指标的相关性均不显著。
In order to investigate the daily variation trend of grape water conductivity and its correlation with physiological and biochemical indexes under high temperature conditions in facility cultivation, three high temperature days were selected in plastic greenhouses to measure the temperature, humidity, leaf hydraulic conductivity, the content of chlorophyll, malondialdehyde and prolinein conten the greenhouse and the water conductivity of the leaves. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between indicators. The results showed that high temperature (>40 ℃), low humidity (<25%) under natural conditions would cause the hydraulic conductivity and water content of grape leaves drop significantly. However, the effect on leaf chlorophyll, malondialdehyde and proline content were not significantly. The correlation amongst hydraulic conductivity, environmental and other physiological and biochemical indicators were not significant.
