摘要
利用叠加钢板共同弯曲时存在的曲率中心,推导出了钢板的层间压力表达式、上下层钢板的弯矩表达式、上下层钢板的挠度表达式,克服了经典材料力学理论研究叠加钢板弯曲存在的缺陷:集中载荷作用下叠加钢板层间压力为零的缺陷,均布载荷作用下叠加钢板层间压力为均布压力的缺陷,外载荷作用下上下层钢板弯曲挠度相同的缺陷。
The expressions of the interlayer pressure, the expressions of the bending moment and the deflection of the upper and lower steel plates are derived from the center of curvature when the superimposed steel plates are bent together. Utilizing the proposed technology, the defects of superimposed steel plate bending studied by the classical mechanics of materials can effectively overcomes, such as, the defect that the pressure between superposed steel plates under concentrated load is zero, the defect that the pressure between superposed steel plates is evenly distributed under uniform load, and defect that the bending deflection of upper and lower steel layers under load of is the same.
