U型胶贴附、结构与材质及对背光源黑白影影响的研究

摘要 使用真空吸附、U型胶打孔、U型胶条状设计、U型胶材质变化和真空吸附治具对U型胶贴附方法、孔径尺寸、条状数量尺寸及U型胶材质对U型胶贴附产生的黑白影不良的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:U型胶使用槽状U型胶固定治具进行贴附,能将U型胶的固定进度提升至0.5mm;U型胶使用槽状U型胶固定治具进行贴附,可以将贴附时间从11S降低到4.8S,作业效率提升约56%;U型胶的打孔设计改善无法克服背光源黑白影不良的产生;U型胶的条状胶体设计改善无法克服背光源黑白影不良的产生;U型胶材质变软可以解决U型胶贴附后黑白影不良的不良,不良率从18%降低到0%。 Vacuum adsorption, U-shaped gluing hole, U-shaped adhesive strip design, U-type adhesive material change and vacuum adsorption fixture to U-type adhesive method, pore size, The effects of strip size and U-shaped adhesive quality on black-and-white shadow caused by U-shaped adhesive were studied. The results show that the fixed schedule of U-type adhesive can be increased to 0.5 mm by using groove-shaped U-shaped adhesive fixation appliance. U-type adhesive is attached with grooveshaped U-shaped adhesive fixed fixture, which can reduce the attachment time from 11s to 4.8S, and improve the working efficiency by about 56%. The improvement of perforating design of U-type adhesive can not overcome the black-and-white backlight. The appearance of bad shadow;the improvement of strip colloid design of U-shaped adhesive can not overcome the bad black-and-white shadow of backlight;the poor black-white shadow of U-type adhesive can be solved by softening the quality of U-type adhesive, and the bad rate of black and white shadow can be reduced from 18% to 0%.
