背光源窄边框机种漏光改善研究

摘要 本文运用TRIZ理论对背光源窄边框机种漏光不良进行深入、系统的分析,找出了窄边框机种漏光的根本原因,同时产生了94项改善想法,通过分类筛选找出了其中较为简单有效的几项对策。通过实验对比验证,找出了窄边框背光源漏光的几项解决方案,同时产生了15项专利。 In this paper, the TRIZ theory is used to deeply and systematically analyze the poor light leakage of the narrow frame machine with backlight, and find out the root cause of the light leakage of the narrow frame machine, and at the same time produce 94 ideas for improving the light leakage of the narrow frame machine. Several simple and effective countermeasures are found out through classification screening. Several solutions of light leakage from narrow frame backlight are found out by experimental comparison, and 15 patents are produced at the same time.
