摘要
以改性硅酸钾水溶液为成膜物,分别选用不同粒径的球状锌粉为填料,通过电化学开路电位法(OCP)、中性盐雾试验、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等研究了锌粉粒径大小对水性车间底漆耐腐蚀性能的影响。SEM结果表明:锌粉粒径越小,其涂层的表面孔隙越少,孔隙直径越小,涂层中锌粉分布越均匀,涂层的致密性越好。OCP和盐雾试验结果表明:锌粉粒径越小,其涂层的耐腐蚀性能越优异;锌粉粒径较大时,随其粒径减小,其涂层的耐腐蚀性能显著提高;而锌粉粒径较小时,进一步降低锌粉粒径,其涂层的耐腐蚀性能提升较小。
The effect of the particle size of zinc powder on the corrosion resistance of waterborne shop primer was investigated. The modified potassium silicate aqueous solution was used as membrane material,and the spherical zinc powder with different particle size was used as filler. The corrosion resistance of the coating was analyzed by open-circuit potential(OCP) method,salt spray test and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results of SEM showed that the coating with small particle size of zinc power had less surface porosity and smaller pore diameter, and zinc powder was evenly distributed in the coating. The results of OCP and salt spray test showed that the coating with small particle size of zinc power had excellent corrosion resistance. When the particle size of zinc powder used in the coating was larger,the corrosion resistance of the coating increased significantly by reducing the particle size of zinc powder. On the contrary,the corrosion resistance of the coating increased slightly by reducing the particle size of zinc powder when the particle size of zinc power was sm aller.
