摘要
《果园城记》作为师陀的代表作,塑造了一系列形形色色的人物,深刻反映了20世纪初期到抗战前期中国乡村社会凋敝衰败的现象。在小城落后停滞的背后是时代不可阻挡的急遽变化,而这种停滞与沉闷也导致了小城不可避免的孤独命运。由此可以感受到作者对家乡既痛心批判又关切热爱的矛盾复杂心理。由果园城观照中国这片土地上千千万万同样灰蒙蒙的小城,可以看到一个爱国知识分子的社会责任感与担当,可以感受到作者以文济世的情怀与理想。
As Shi Tuo's representative work, The Story of the Orchard City portrays a series of various characters, which deeply reflects the decline of rural society in China from the early 20th century to the early stage of the Anti-Japanese War. Behind the backwardness and stagnation of the small town is the irresistible rapid change of the times, and this stagnation and depression also lead to the inevitable loneliness of the small town. From the work, we can feel the author's complex ambivalence of criticizing and caring about his hometown. Looking at the thousands of equally lifeless towns in China, we can see the sense of social responsibility of a patriotic intellectual and feel the feelings and ideals of the author to help the world with literature.
