摘要
妇女工作是党的群众工作的重要组成部分,基层妇联是妇联工作的前沿阵地。随着妇联改革的深入与落实,襄阳市基层妇联组织在组织结构、队伍建设、工作方法等方面取得了显著成果,但仍需进一步推进工作机制创新,提升妇联组织建设内涵;创新妇联组织设置,加大妇联组织工作力度;抓好队伍建设,扩展妇联组织的联系广度,在工作机制、工作平台、工作阵地、工作方法等方面开创妇联工作新局面。
Women's work is an important part of the Party's mass work,and the grassroots Women's Federation is the forefront of the federation's work.With the deepening and implementation of the reform of women's federations,the grassroots Women’s Federation in Xiangyang has achieved remarkable results in terms of organizational structure,team building and working methods,but it’s still necessary to further promote the innovation of the work mechanism and enhance the connotation of its organization construction.We will make innovations in the organization of women’s federations and strengthen their work.We will build a strong team,expand the outreach of women’s federations,and create new opportunities for women’s federations in terms of working mechanisms,platforms,positions and methods.
