摘要
20世纪90年代至今,一波接一波的事件表明,瓦雷里、胡塞尔和列维-斯特劳斯所忧患的"精神危机"还在延伸和延续,其结果势必是"人类纪"的自我超越及其向"负人类纪"的转型。斯蒂格勒指出,"人化"过程的每一刻都在发明生命和摧毁生命,技术学的每一个进步都在补偿人性的匮乏和剥夺人性的潜能,器官学一方面将生命延伸到身体之外,另一方面又废黜了某些精致的身体官能,药物学则揭示一切药物都是补药又是毒药。"人类纪"逆转时代,意义因纯粹化更趋稀薄,象征极度贫困,只剩下那些神秘的能指。于是,生理美学、器官美学和社会美学,都必须处理普遍的失调,这就提出了复苏"智性灵魂",探索人类在技术时代自我拯救的可能。
Since the 1990s till up to the present,a series of events in the development of history,Western and Eastern alike,imposed on us a kind of impression that ″the spiritual crisis″,which is concerned by many celebrated thinkers such as Paul Valery,Edmund Husserl,Claude Levi-Strauss,etc.,could not be released,but rather pushed into the extreme situation,as a result of which anthropocene’s self-transcendence and its transformation into neganthropocene have taken place.About this makeshift and the emergent state it led to,Bernard Stiegler,one of the most influential thinkers of contemporary France,has proposed his significant observations and philosophical evaluations that he called ″neganthropocene″.Some important ideas of this reflections are concerned with the basic aporia in relation to advanced techno-science which is so complicating and disturbing for immediate thinkers nowadays.According to Stiegler,the most fundamental paradox consists in that every moment of humanization in the history is simultaneously inventing and destroying life,every further step of technology making up a deficiency in humanity while depriving of human potentiality,and organology extending life outside of human body as well as abolishing functions of some refined organs.In one word,techno-science is in nature the pharmacology,which reminds us of the double-edged nature of technique.All inventions are both remedy and poison at the same time.So,in an age of anthropocene’s reversion to its opposite,meaning is becoming more and more rarefied and symbolization is so determinately at the mercy of poverty that there is nothing but some mere signifiers left.Conclusively,physiological,organical,and sociological aesthetics have to deal with universal maladjustment.In order to overcome this crisis,we would attempt to revive ″noetic soul″,by which one could search for possibilities of self-redemption of human beings in the techne-dominating age.
