摘要
目前,大客车因市场需求量远远小于乘用车,大客车的生产工艺、生产规划、生产模式、生产环境也达不到乘用车自动化、节拍化和智能化的高端水平。因此,在生产环节、车辆使用过程中,常出现乘用车不遇到的问题。文章以国内一知名客车生产企业遇到的问题为例,对大客车在组装下线后车辆漆面起泡的原因进行了分析及试验,从生产过程中人、机、料、发、环、测等方面排查,从引发漆面起泡的原因和隐患方面入手,找到并提供了预防及解决方案。
At present, the demand for buses is far less than that of passenger cars. The production technology, production planning, production mode, and production environment of buses also do not reach the high-end level of passenger car automation, metrological and intelligent. Therefore, in the process of production and vehicle use, there are often problems encountered by passenger vehicles. Taking the problems encountered by a well-known domestic passenger car manufacturer as an example, this paper analyzes and tests the reasons for the bubbles in the paint surface of passenger cars after assembly, and checks them from the aspects of person, machine, material, hair, ring, and measurement in the production process. Starting from the causes and hidden dangers that cause the paint surface to bubble, the paper finds and provides prevention and solutions.
