摘要
腹腔镜手术由于具有创伤小、恢复快、美容效果佳等优点,深受外科医师和患者的青睐。自1991年腹腔镜输尿管膀胱再植术被首次报道以来,目前已广泛应用于治疗输尿管下段梗阻和返流性疾病。本文就腹腔镜输尿管膀胱再植术的现状及进展作一综述。
Laparoscopic surgery is favored by surgeons and patients because of its small trauma,quick recovery,and good cosmetic results.Since the first report of laparoscopic ureteral replantation in 1991,it has been widely used in the treatment of lower ureteral obstruction and reflux disease.This article reviews the current status and progress of laparoscopic ureteral replantation.
