摘要
目的:探讨广泛期小细胞肺癌EP方案化疗中加入复方阿胶浆治疗的价值。方法:选择2014年9月至2018年6月在我院住院的小细胞肺癌患者80例,其中男50例,女30例.随机分为2组;对照组予EP方案化疗,治疗组加用复方阿胶浆,比较两组KPS评分、骨髓抑制情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组KPS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组近期疗效的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组骨髓抑制程度较观察组更轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对广泛期小细胞肺癌,EP方案化疗基础上加用复方阿胶浆可改善临床症状,减轻骨髓抑制,促进健康恢复。
Objective:To investigate the value of compound E-jiao slurry combined with EP regimen in the treatment of extensive small cell lung cancer.Methods:Select small cell lung cancer hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital ofGannan Medical University from September 2014 to June 2018.There were 80 patients,including 50 males and 30 females.Randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received chemotherapy with EP regimen.The treatment group was treated with compound gelatin E-jiao slurry.The KPS scores and myelosuppression were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group was higher than that of the treatment group.In the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the short-term efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The degree of bone marrow suppression in the treatment group was lighter than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of extensive small cell lung cancer,the combination of EP regimen chemotherapy with compound gelatin E-jiao slurry can improve clinical symptoms,reduce bone marrow suppression and promote healthy recovery.
