摘要
低温省煤器是火力发电厂的重要换热设备,其多为顺排结构。本文针对低温省煤器各类顺排换热管的流动阻力及磨损特性展开数值模拟研究,包括光管、环形鳍片管、螺旋鳍片管、矩形鳍片管、H型鳍片管和反螺旋鳍片管顺排管排,获得了管排的流动、阻力及磨损特性,结果对低温省煤器的降阻及防磨处理可以提供一定的指导。
Low temperature economizer is an important heat exchange equipment for thermal power plants,and most of them are in-line structure.In this paper,numerical simulation studies are carried out on the flow resistance and wear characteristics of various types of heat transfer tubes in low temperature economizers,including light pipes,annular fin tubes,spiral fin tubes,rectangular fin tubes,H-type fin tubes and counters.The spiral finned tube is arranged in the row,and the flow,resistance and wear characteristics of the tube row are obtained.As a result,the resistance reduction and anti-wear treatment of the low-temperature economizer can provide certain guidance.
