摘要
新建变电站中,10kV电缆线路比重不断增加,系统电容电流大幅度提高,因此在10kV电力系统中,中性点小电阻接地方式被大量采用,而小电流接地选线装置也是10kV系统的重要组成部分,按规范要求,小电流接地选线装置主要应用于中性点不接地、经消弧线圈接地或经高电阻接地系统中,为了与中性点经低电阻接地系统有效配合,提高系统安全可靠性,本文提出一种新型接地电阻,既满足现行规范要求,同时使小电流接地选线装置充分发挥作用,有效提高了系统的可靠性。
In the new substation,the proportion of 10 kV cable line is increasing,and the system capacitance current is greatly improved.Therefore,in the 10 kV power system,the neutral point small resistance grounding method is widely used,and the small current grounding line selection device is also important for the 10 kV system.As part of the specification,the small current grounding line selection device is mainly used in the neutral point ungrounded,grounded by the arc suppression coil or through the high resistance grounding system,in order to effectively cooperate with the neutral point through the low resistance grounding system,improve the system Safety and reliability,this paper proposes a new type of grounding resistance,which meets the requirements of the current specifications,and at the same time enables the small current grounding line selection device to fully play its role,effectively improving the reliability of the system.
