摘要
以某越野车总装车间内饰装配线为研究对象,详细设计了内饰装配线的产品结构、车位长度、装配线宽度、装配节拍等主要参数,生产节拍由原来的54 min缩短到平均每台38 min,公司车型产量提高到年产量4 500辆份,缩短了内饰装配线生产节拍,提高了生产线装配效率。
The interior decoration production line of a vehicle assembly workshop was taken as the study object.The main parameters of interior assembly line were designed in detail,such as product structure,parking space length,assembly line width,assembly rhythm.The production rhythm was shortened from 54 min to 38 min per car and the output of company models was increased to 4 500 vehicles per year.The production rhythm of interior assembly line is shortened and the assembly efficiency of production line is improved.
