摘要
论述了半轴吸振器的设计优化原理以及影响动力吸振器减振效果的因素,针对某SUV车型加速时半轴弯曲共振引起的车内轰鸣声问题,分析了动力吸振器参数对其应用效果的影响,并设计试验对半轴动力吸振器的固有频率测试方法、安装方式、安装位置进行了研究,根据研究所得结论结合动力吸振器设计优化原理,对动力吸振器的参数以及安装方案进行修正,成功消除了加速工况下的车内轰鸣声。
The design optimization principle of the half-shaft vibration absorber and the factors affecting the vibration of the dynamic vibration absorber were discussed.According to the roaring problem inside the SUV caused by the half-shaft bending resonance,when accelerating to 3 400~3 800 r·min^-1 the influence of dynamic vibration absorber parameters on its application effect was analyzed and the tests were designed to discuss the natural frequency test method,installation method and position of the half-shaft dynamic vibration absorber.Based on the conclusions of the research and the design principle of the dynamic vibration absorber,the parameters and the installation methods of the dynamic vibration absorber were modified,then the roaring problem of SUV is successfully eliminated.
