摘要
铅蓄电池制造行业因其排污涉重金属、社会关注度高等特点,在该行业环保竣工自主验收监测实际工作中存在不少问题亟待解决。通过归纳该行业验收监测技术难点,本文针对标准选择适用、工况负荷核算、环境检查关键要点、污染物总量核算、污染因子识别等问题进行探讨分析并提出对策建议。
Due to the characteristics of heavy metal and social attention in the lead battery manufacturing industry,there are many problems in the actual work of self-checking and monitoring of environmental protection completion in the industry.By summarizing the difficulties of the industry's acceptance monitoring technology,this paper discusses and analyzes the problems of standard selection,working condition load accounting,key points of environmental inspection,total pollutants accounting and identification of pollution factors,and proposes some countermeasures.
