摘要
目的:分析对肝硬化合并上消化道出血疾病实施患者综合性护理的效果和生活质量情况。方法:收治肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者100例,随机分护理组和对照组,各50例,其中对照组给予常规护理,护理组则增加综合性护理方案,对比情况。结果:护理组患者的综合情况比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝硬化合并上消化道出血疾病患者实施综合性护理,获得了很好的护理满意度以及有效率。
Objective:To analyze the effect and quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:100 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected,they were randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the nursing group added comprehensive nursing program,we compared the situation.Results:The comprehensive condition of the nursing group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care of liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can obtain satisfactory nursing satisfaction and effective rate.
