数学师范生教学技能培养的实践探索 被引量:1

摘要 师范生就业竞争日益激烈,师范技能掌握如何至关重要,但目前师范生教学技能培养方面还存在很多问题。为探索如何提高师范生实践教学技能进行了一系列实践探索,包括以赛促练训练教学基本功、理论课中渗透案例教学、实训课程与毕业论文指导的"行动教育"、双导师的联合指导、抓教学实践环节、卓越教师训练营的训练、送学生进培训学校历练等。实践证明,这些措施和方法对培养师范生教学技能卓有成效。 The competition of employment for teacher-oriented students is becoming increasingly fierce,so it is of great importance for them to master related teaching skills.However,many problems still remain unresolved in the cultivation of teaching skills for teacher-oriented students.In order to improve students'practical teaching skills,a series of practical explorations have been conducted for the majors of mathematics and applied mathematics in our school.They include training basic skills by competition,case teaching combined with theoretical courses,"action education"in practical training course and graduation thesis,joint guidance of double tutors,grasping teaching practice,training of excellent teachers training camps,and sending students to training schools,etc.Practice shows that these measures and methods have been rather effective in improving teacher-oriented students'teaching skills.
