摘要 活性污泥微生物脱氮除磷工艺是一种新型洁净、经济节约的废水处理方法,具有广泛的应用前景。目前绝大多数微生物尚未实现纯培养,传统的微生物学分析方法对优势菌种的物种丰度和功能基因的研究受到很多局限。实时荧光定量PCR技术的出现弥补了传统微生物研究方法的不足,为环境样品活性污泥微生物的菌种数量和功能基因的研究提供了新的途径。重点回顾了环境活性污泥样品的特点,介绍了qPCR在环境活性污泥污水处理领域的应用,以及该方法的优缺点。对全面认识qPCR检测活性污泥微生物的种类和数量,解析微生物污水处理工艺的微生物学机理、指导工艺的稳定运行具有重要意义。 The microbial nitrogen and phosphorus removal process of activated sludge is a clean and economical wastewater treatment with wide application prospects. At present, the majority of microorganism has not yet achieved pure culture, and the traditional microbiology analysis method has many limitations on the species abundance and function gene of the dominant species. The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(qPCR) technology makes up for the shortcomings of traditional microbial research methods, providing a new way to the research of the microbial species number and function gene of activated sludge of environmental samples. In the paper, the characteristics of environmental activated sludge samples are emphatically reviewed, and the application of qPCR in the environmental activated sludge field of the water treatment, its advantages and disadvantages are mainly introduced. The study is of great significance to comprehensively understand the species and quantities of microorganism in activated sludge use qPCR, and to analyze the microbiological mechanism of microbial wastewater treatment process and the guiding technology of stable operation.
